By following other professionals and being followed in return, the Who’s Who Pavilion is an essential tool for anyone looking to expand their professional network, build their reputation, and achieve their career goals.

The Pavilion 3.0 makes organising easy. Harnessing the power of Pavilion organising tools, professionals can share their professional interests, build communities, collaborate, and share resources. Each project has its own Pavilion. Freelance consultants, academics and professionals can build an ecosystem of ‘fans’ or ‘members’ by setting up their own Pavilions with their project material, self-promotion and shop. Currently only ‘celebrity’ consultants are doing this with vast resources. There is an e-commerce application, so all Pavilions can generate revenue or crowdsource funding through their shop feature.

Professionals setting up their own Pavilions can use the shop feature for crowdsourcing revenue for their project through membership-sale or other project-related sales (events, tickets, books, etc.). Pavilion offers a marketplace opportunity to support their project’s growth. Professionals setting up their own pavilions can insert their own banking details on the Shop and receive revenue from each sale.
Professionals setting up their own Pavilions can take advantage of the open project management tools which are better while being more cost-effective and also being easier to manage, than what they develop inhouse at a high cost.

Each Pavilion has sections including About, Members’ profiles, the Pavilion Wall (or discussion forum), Events and scheduling tools, Gallery, Publications, a Members’ Library, Media (includes categories as press articles, videos, and photos albums), Survey tool (for project holders to pull in opinions, views, answers, or knowledge from their community), and ‘Shop’ for project-related items and to crowdsource funding.
