Project Manager, The Purposeful Company & Intangible Gold
As the Project Manager of The Purposeful Company and Intangible Gold projects, Maria supports a forward-looking group of thought leaders, private sector leaders, asset managers, regulators and policy makers aiming to deliver purposeful companies. Having worked with multi-stakeholder engagement, Maria brings a fresh view to Big Innovation Centre with the aim of encouraging changes that have a sustainable impact in society, particularly focusing on evidence-based public policy proposals and changes to business practices at the board level.
Maria has over four years of experience in project management and stakeholder involvement across diverse non-governmental and academic institutions in Colombia, Egypt, and the UK. She has been Research Assistant at London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE)’s International Development Department focusing on Local Ownership and on the inclusion of alternative partners such as the private sector in international development and peacebuilding.
Maria holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the LSE and a Bachelor in International Relations from North University in Colombia.
