Mohit has over 19 years of professional experience in the U.S, India, Mexico and Europe. His area of expertise is the intersection of Insurance, Financial Services & Technology.

Mohit holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi. In 2014, Mohit was selected as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. He also serves on the Board of Business Disability International.

Infosys is a world leader in the Software+ Services business with Global revenues of USD 9.5 Billion (as of 31/3/2016) and 197,050 + employees. Mohit is a President reporting into the Group CEO (Dr. Vishal Sikka). As a President, he is part of the Executive Management team at Infosys with the responsibility to represent the firm to clients, Investors, Governments and other stakeholders. Mohit's day to day responsibilities in this role are three fold:

  1. Direct P&L responsibility for our Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare & Life sciences business. This is over a third of the Infosys Global revenue. He also has responsibility for our UK & Australia public sector business and for Australia as a region (across verticals).
  2. Sales operations, effectiveness, training across the enterprise. This means leading & transforming our 2000+ Sales teams across the globe.
  3. Oversight on Large deals across Infosys and deal advisor relationship management.

Mohit is also on the Board of Infosys China & Infosys Sweden. He is the Chairman of Business Disability International (a not for Profit based in London founded by Infosys, Barclays, GSK with Board representation from all three companies) with a focus on making employers 'disability confident'.

Mohit started my career at two major banks before moving into a Technology consulting and leadership role. He has lived and worked in Asia, Europe and North America and managed our relationships with key banks across the globe.

Mohit was invited to join the Global Young Leader program at the World Economic Forum in 2014. He is also a member of the Economic Growth Board of the CBI (Confederation of British Industry).
